Situated 7,000 feet in the foothills of the Southern Rocky Mountains lies an industrial and modern live/work space. High-ceilings, concrete floors, modern Southwest décor, large windows, and an abundance of natural light.

COFEEE BARS

We have 4 coffee bars throughout the building, located next to the work space common and waiting areas.

Each is equipped with a latte machine, gourmet espresso from Santa Fe's Iconik Coffee Roasters, and an organic tea selection from New Mexico Tea Co. Whether you’re jumpstarting your day or need an afternoon pick-me-up, our tenants and guests can enjoy great tasting beverages without having to leave the building. 

DOG PARK

Pets are welcome and part of the community at LOFT 700.  Many of our tenants have pets which is why we are building a dog park. Coming Winter 2020.  *Non-refundable pet fee applies with lease.

We invested in fiber-optic connectivity because our tenants deserve a network that is faster, more reliable and much lower latency than the traditional copper or cable Internet connections. Your internet connectivity should never inhibit productivity. Stream various videos and music services with ease and enjoy faster access to your data and applications stored in the cloud with this new technology.

Security is important in ensuring the safety of our community and our guests.  Utilizing infrared sensors and 4k digital recording capabilities, Loft 700 leverages the latest technologies to optimize tenant experience and enhance security both in the building and the surrounding parking lots.
